4pc Prisoner in Deep Confinement โ 18% DEF ignore on DOT. Planar: Glamoth (135+ SPD) or IPC (if < 135 SPD). SPD target: 146+ is the community standard. Kafka needs to act before your other DOT appliers so she can trigger their DOTs on the same cycle.

Is DOT still viable in 3.4?
Yes, but it's no longer #1. Super Break and FUA teams have surpassed DOT in single-target damage. DOT remains excellent in Pure Fiction and multi-wave content. Kafka + Black Swan still clears MoC 12 in 2-3 cycles.
Kafka without Black Swan?
Functional but significantly weaker. Sampo + Guinaifen is a budget alternative at approximately 60% of the premium team's damage. Only pull Kafka if you plan to eventually get Black Swan.
