Simulated Universe (SU) is Honkai: Star Rail's permanent roguelike mode. Each run you choose a Path (determines your special Path Resonance ability and blessing pool), collect blessings (boosts), and fight escalating battles across multiple planes. SU is the primary source for Planar Ornaments (relics) and provides a significant portion of Stellar Jade income through first-time clears and weekly point rewards.

The Remembrance path centers on memosprite synergy and dissociation. With v3.4's memosprite meta, this path has become the strongest SU path for accounts with Castorice, Aglaea, or any memosprite DPS.

Path Resonance: Implants all DoT types on all enemies and instantly triggers them once each. Catastrophic burst damage in the right setup.

- Track selection matters: Choose tracks that match your team's element weaknesses
- Mystery events: Always pick the mystery option in Curiosity rooms โ the rewards (3โ blessings, rare curios) far outweigh the risks
- Boss tracks: Save your resonance charges for the boss track โ the boss has 40% increased HP compared to Gold & Gears

SU has a weekly point system that rewards up to 13,000 points per week (previously 10,000). Here's the optimal route:
- First clear of the week: Run the highest-difficulty Uncharted Track you can clear. This gives the biggest point multiplier (2.5x).
- Second clear: Run Gold & Gears at difficulty IV+ for 2x point multiplier.
- Third+ clears: Speed-run Swarm Disaster at difficulty III with a strong FUA team โ fastest clears per point ratio.
- Daily SU runs: Only necessary if you need Planar Ornament farming. Otherwise, 3 runs per week is sufficient for max points.

For speed farming, use Elation with a FUA team (Feixiao + Topaz + Aventurine + Robin) โ this clears the fastest. For consistent clearing with lower-geared accounts, use Remembrance (memosprite safety net) or Abundance (never-die sustain).
No โ Uncharted Track is an additional mode alongside Gold & Gears and Swarm Disaster. Each mode has separate first-clear Stellar Jade rewards and contributes to the weekly point total. You can and should play all three for maximum rewards.
Universal Enhancement items should be saved for 3โ blessings of your chosen primary path. Never use them on 1โ blessings โ the upgrade cost is the same but the power gain is much smaller. In Gold & Gears, also consider using them on key Equation pieces if you're one blessing away from completing a 3โ equation.
Each expansion mode has different bosses based on your chosen path and progression level. In Gold & Gears, path-specific bosses unlock at Knowledge Level milestones. In Swarm Disaster, you unlock bosses by completing Communing tiers and defeating the Swarm Lord at increasing difficulties. The final boss of Uncharted Track is random but weighted toward bosses whose elements match your team's weaknesses (if you have multiple units sharing an element).
